In addition to the initial purchase price of the product there will be a $20 monthly charge to cover the cellular plan associated with the device. This charge will be billed quarterly, bi-annually, or at the discretion of RanchCheck. The billing terms will be net 30 days and continuation of service will be conditional upon receipt of payment. This device is dependent on cellular networks and technology. Any disruption of service caused by a failure of such will not be reimbursable and RanchCheck will not be liable for any damages suffered by the user as a result. This product is intended to be an aid and not a substitute for attentive care of livestock and property. RanchCheck will be in no way liable for any losses associated directly or indirectly with the use of this product nor will RanchCheck be liable for any losses associated with failure of this product. RanchCheck grants a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase during which the customer may return the device in good condition for a full refund.
